ForceTrain® Tower
24-month hardware warranty. The annual license includes a once-a-year onsite preventive maintenance visit.
Infiniti Rope
Lifetime on structural components of the climbing unit, 1 year on mechanical components, 90 days on the rope. Ropes fray over time; replacements are available by rope length or serial number.
Making a claim
Inspect equipment on delivery. Warranty claims must reach us in writing within 30 days of the defect. Coverage is for the original purchaser.
Warranty terms
Poseidon Strength’s warranty is as follows: lifetime limited on the equipment frame, not including coatings; 1 year on mechanical parts; 1 year labor; 90 days on ropes, upholstery stitching only, cables and belts.
Who is covered. The original purchaser, or any person receiving the product as a gift from the original purchaser, as noted on the Poseidon Strength invoice. The warranty is not transferable or assumable.
What is covered. Poseidon Strength commercial exercise equipment is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
What we will do. We will ship you any new or rebuilt replacement part or component or, at our option, replace the product. Replacement parts are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.
Transportation and insurance. If a product or covered part must be returned for service, Poseidon Strength pays transportation and insurance for the first year. You are responsible for those charges in subsequent years.
What is not covered. Failures or damage caused by unauthorized service, misuse, accident, negligence, improper assembly or installation, construction debris in the product’s environment, rust or corrosion due to the product’s location, alterations or modifications without our written authorization, or failure to use, operate and maintain the product as directed. Products that have been abused, neglected or poorly maintained cannot be warranted.
Delivery and claims. Review all equipment at delivery for damage, breakage and loose nuts, bolts or moving parts. Warranty claims must be received in writing within 30 days of the defect.
Parts and modifications. Do not alter, modify or redesign Poseidon Strength products or use replacement parts other than original Poseidon Strength components; doing so limits the warranty and Poseidon Strength’s liability. Poseidon Strength may change, replace or modify products, parts, accessories or design without notice. Deposits on cancelled orders are subject to handling and restocking charges.
